You’re capable of so many things, even more than you can imagine, but all depends how you see yourself.

Start on the hobby you’ve always been interested in
Book that dance class.
Schedule a yoga session.
Ring your friend even you have not talk to her for several years.
The most important START SOMEWHERE.
Or, start manifesting!
We can manifest, we can create our truth, our present and future.
Manifesting means desiring something so hard, so you can imagine how you feel when you get that thing or achieve that goal.
So, if you are able to imagine and feel that positive emotion when you reached the goal, you will be able to manifest and create your future.
